Seeking for a Registered Nurse (Nights) for a care home which is based in Sheffield. The care home has 60 bedrooms and is suitable for residents requiring nursing care. The care home is a refurbished home which provides 24-hour nursing care for adults of ages with nursing needs. 

As a Registered Nurse you have responsibility for leading your shift to ensure that you deliver excellent standards of care; promoting independence and dignity and positively enhancing the lives of individuals in care.

The successful candidate for this role will be paid a competitive salary of £14.99 per hour plus other generous benefits.

Job Requirements

So as a Registered Nurse what do you need to do to make this happen?

*Ensure the delivery of quality care by continually assessing resident needs and wishes

*Ensure medicines are appropriately received, stored and administered to clients
*Develop, review and update care plans to meet client changing physical, social and psychological needs. 
*Communicate professionally and warmly with visitors including family, friends and other external stakeholders.
*Comply with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines.

In order to achieve this as nurses you should have:

*        A flexible attitude and wholly adopt a person centred ethos

*        Show empathy and a desire to make a difference

*        Be up to date with current practices, show leadership qualities and be willing to take ownership for the deliver of quality care

To be considered for this role you must be qualified RGN/RMN or RNLD Nurse and must be registered with NMC
