Residents at this service are cared for in one of seven units depending on their unique needs. The unit provides care for people living with a range of complex needs arising from brain injuries and neurodegenerative conditions - this include tracheostomy management and ventilated care.
Second unit provides specialist support for service users with complex physical needs. Rivelin is services all male unit providing care and support for individuals with mental ill-health needs and Howden is for both men and women requiring mental ill-health support. Derwent provides care for those with complex needs and challenging behaviour.
3rd unit is a new 8 bedded unit for people with mental health needs. one of the is a newly developed residential step down unit where individuals are encouraged to live more independently within the home. Each unit has a choice of lounges and a spacious dining room.
A full-time registered physiotherapist and therapy assistant work in the dedicated therapy room which is fully equipped to provide a range of exercises and multidisciplinary therapy.

Requirements ?
You will be a registered nurse RNLD and will have a valid NMC pin.
You will provide warmth, enthusiasm and compassion when providing care to our service users.
You will always strive to provide great quality holistic care, making every day better than the last; promoting our core values: maintaining independence and dignity to our service users.
You will be a team player, demonstrating outstanding communication skills and will be able to demonstrate effective team work as part of a multi-disciplined team.
You’ll be up to date with current evidence based practice and have a working knowledge of CQC Standards and Regulations and will work using your initiative making effective decisions to improve care quality.
