

RGN Deputy Manager
We currently have a fantastic new opening for a RGN Deputy Manager to join one of the leading care companies in the UK. We are proud to announce that as a RGN Deputy Manager you will be working for a company which prides itself in providing the highest standards of care to all residents within their care. The prestigious home is highly dedicated in treating all staff and residents with the dignity and respect they deserve.
The successful candidate for this role will be paid a competitive salary of £27,000 - £29,000 per annum plus other generous benefits.

which their care, well-being and comfort are of prime importance.
Nursing staff and carers strive to preserve
and maintain the dignity, individuality and caring atmosphere and in so doing
will be sensitive to the Residents ever-changing needs. Such needs may be
medical/therapeutic (for physical and palliative welfare), cultural,
psychological, spiritual, emotional and social. All Residents are encouraged to
participate in the development of their individualised Care Plans in which
involvement of family and friends may be appropriate and is greatly valued.
All nursing and care staff within the home will be appropriately qualified to deliver the highest standards of care. A continuous staff-training programme is implemented to ensure that these high standards are maintained in line with current developments in Care Practices as laid down in appropriate Care Standards, Legislation and Regulations as governed by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and the Government body of Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI).
We are looking for someone with the following skills:
· Experience of managing a home
· Good clinical skills
· Good with nursing
· Dementia awareness
Applicants must be RGN qualified and have at least 12 months experience of working in a similar role.
