Location: You will be required to cover site in the Shropshire area with occasional travel to Dunblane.

Salary: £38,000-£40,000 per annum plus other generous benefits.

This is a senior operational leadership role that carries delegated authority and accountability for the operational management and performance of a designated portfolio of strategic business units. The post holder will need to demonstrate the ability to marry the ethics of delivering a person centred service, with the business driver of maintaining a profitable enterprise 

The successful candidate should demonstrate the ability to:

• Successfully manage a portfolio of services  in the social care sector and have excellent experience within the Learning Disability/Complex Needs field - an appropriate professional qualification  would be advantageous e.g. RNLD/RGN/RMN, NVQ 4, RMA Driving, SW Degree (or equivalent).

• Provide leadership and influence, as a senior operational manager, having a clear understanding of the aims of the services within their remit and the wider organisation, and the ability to deliver these aims through effective planning, organisation, collaboration and delegation.

• Consider all available and relevant information, and make decisions within pressurised and isolated environments, to achieve the best outcome.

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following:- 

• Can demonstrate measurable successes in current/previous roles – CQC ratings, occupancy levels etc.
• Excellent communication and networking skills - pro-active, responsive, over-deliver – and a role model for team.

• Strong marketing skills.
