

Drama Teacher
We are working with a secondary school in South Gloucestershire seeking a Drama Teacher to join their team on a flexible basis. The school is open to both full-time and part-time arrangements and is keen to speak with candidates who can bring strong subject knowledge and a calm, confident presence to the classroom.
This role focuses purely on classroom delivery. There is no planning or marking requirement, making it well suited to teachers looking for a better work-life balance or those returning to teaching.
The role will involve:

Delivering engaging Drama lessons across the secondary age range

Managing classroom behaviour in line with the school’s policies

Encouraging participation, confidence, and creative expression

Working collaboratively with departmental staff when required
The school is keen to hear from:

Qualified teachers with QTS

Drama specialists with relevant teaching or industry experience

Educators who are confident leading practical and performance-based lessons

Candidates available on a full-time or part-time basis

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
