A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Group Clinical Development Nurse to work in multi exceptional sites within the care group in the South of England. As a Nurse you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers.

Be responsible for improving the delivery of high quality care to residents in the Care Homes. To be a visible leader in the Home demonstrating behaviours and actions that promote the companies Vision, Mission and Values.

As a Group Clinical Development Nurse your responsibilities include:

·         To ensure all documentation is compliant with CQC requirements

·         To support the Home Managers to fully complete actions identified from company and Home audits

·         To ensure trained nurse’s work in accordance with company policies, in particular with regards to care planning and medication management and in line with the NMC Code of Conduct.

·         To ensure the safe ordering, administration, recording and disposal of medication

·         To support the Home Managers in conjunction with the Operational team to fully address issues arising from CQC visits, Safeguarding meetings and Coroners Courts.

·         To remain clinically up to date with current best practice.

·         To share best practice at all opportunities within the Homes

 

An ideal Group Clinical Development Nurse must have these skills as they are beneficial for this position:

·         NMC Registered

 

The successful Group Clinical Development Nurse will receive an excellent annual salary of £48,000 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role and in return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
