RGN Deputy Ward Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse Deputy Ward Manager to join a great Treatment Centre based in Southampton.

The Centre offers surgery for many common health needs, including hip and knee replacement, hernia’s gall bladder surgery and cataracts. There is a Outpatient department with X-ray, ultrasound and physiotherapy facilities
 

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £33,000 per annum plus great additional benefits such as location allowance.

In order to succeed in this role you will need to have the following skills which are an essential part of this role:

·         Experience of managing a home

·         Good clinical skills

·         Good with nursing

·         Good customer service care

·         Leadership skills

You must be qualified as a RGN or RMN and have at least 12 months experience in a similar position.
