

RGN Home Manager
An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Home Manager to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Southport, Merseyside area. As a Home Manager you will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers.
This home carries a warm and friendly atmosphere while offering excellent nursing care to older people as it is a smaller home.
As the Home Manager your key responsibilities include:
· Managing and developing high quality services for all residents
· Developing and guiding the team of staff
· Encourage and instil a culture of care and continuous improvement across the service
· Actively working the staff, residents and their families, to help shape and develop a centre of excellence for person-centred care
· The promotion of high standards of nursing care, following CQC and NMC guidelines, by ensuring all staff are managed appropriately and the home runs in a smooth and efficient manner
An ideal Home Manager must have these skills and experience as they are beneficial for this position:
· Self-motivated, resilient and well-organised
· Dependable and honest
· Able to work well under pressure and flexible to meet the needs of the residents and the home
· Demonstrate a track record in leading, motivating, managing and developing staff
· A clear understanding of leadership responsibilities in social care
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proven management experience within the sector
· Experience of leadership and mentoring staff
· An enhanced DBS certificate is required for this role
The successful Home Manager will receive an excellent salary of £45,000 + up to £4,000 OTE bonus per annum. It is a Full Time role and in return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
