Vacancy for a Registered Nurse

A great opportunity has arisen for a Registered Staff Nurse to join a well established Care Home located in Southport.

The home specialises in providing residential dementia, respite and nursing care for elderly that are living with Parkinson’s disease, sight impairment, hearing impairment and other complex elderly needs.

If you are successful for this role you will receive a competitive salary of £30,338.88 per annum with supplementary benefits.

Within this role, you will be expected to deliver the highest quality of care as you assess the nursing needs of the residents. You will be identifying and creating effective care plans for every resident in you care that meets their needs. Assessing, planning and evaluating person-centred care that demonstrates outcomes within the expected timescale. As well as establishing and maintain a good relationship with the people we support, their relative and the staff. You will be managing your shift effectively and ensuring the correct medication is administered. Overall you will ensure residents are treated with privacy, dignity and respect at all times.

For this position, we are seeking someone with a valid NMC registration and someone who has experience within a Care Home. You will also need to have the ability to manage time effectively and keep records up-to-date and accurate. On the whole you’ll value kindness above all.

To be considered for this role you must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration and experience within a similar setting.
