

Clinical Lead
A fantastic job opportunity has arisen for a committed Clinical Lead to join an exceptional care home based in the Merseyside area. As a Clinical Lead you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers.
The care team offers residential care for those who need help with daily tasks, nursing care for people who have complex medical needs, and respite care to give family or friends a well-earned break. They also provide both residential dementia care and 24-hour nursing dementia care for residents who require it.
As a Clinical Lead your day to day duties include:
· Continually assess the residents’ needs and develop the service to enhance their quality of life
· Developing, reviewing and updating care plans to meet the clients changing physical, social and psychological needs
· Building a positive reputation of the home and unit
· Ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines
· Ensuring all medicines are appropriately received, stored and administered
· Conducting care audits
· Taking an active role in training the team of nurses and ensure they are kept up to date with current practices and research led developments
· Ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and rotas are in place to ensure the efficient running of the home
An ideal Clinical Lead must have these skills as they are beneficial for this position:
· Must be a Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration and have a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience within a relevant field
· You must also have a positive a flexible attitude and adopt a person centred ethos and have the desire to make a difference
· You’ll be forward thinking and up to date with current practices and maintain excellent industry knowledge
· Able to show a can-do attitude always
The successful Clinical lead you will receive an excellent salary of £17.00 per hour and the annual salary for this position is £38,896. This exciting position is a Days position for 44 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Nurse either RGN, RMN or RNLD
