New job opening for Registered General Nurse, Registered Mental Nurse or Registered Nurse of Learning Disabilities to work with one of the UK’s leading care company .

The successful candidate will be offered an excellent salary of £14.00 per hour plus other great benefits.

Contracted Weekly Hours: 33 Nights

The care Home is a modern purpose built 60 bed care home offering residential and general nursing care and also dementia residential care. The home provides a high standard of care in two units and is set in landscaped gardens with French doors, openings onto a large patio and attractive gardens. 

JOB PURPOSE

To prescribe, deliver and supervise the execution of excellent standards of care in accordance with our policies and procedures; To lead a care team promoting rehabilitation and independence, together with dignity and respect, such that the lives of our residents is as they would wish it, and choose it, to be.

 Key Skills and Behaviours – (Essential)

1. The ability to lead a team, analyse problems and propose solutions or improvements

2. Able to communicate effectively and to develop professional relationships

3. Understands and effectively uses IT and communication systems required for the role

4. Respectful of the values, views and needs of others

5. Able to work under pressure and prioritise workload

Key Experience and Knowledge - (Desirable)

1. Experience of delivering nursing care within elderly health care sector

2. People Management experience
