An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Support Worker to work in an exceptional care home based in the Eye, Suffolk area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

 

This care home is a purpose built unit for residents who have dementia. It is a converted Victorian country house with accommodation

 

As the Support Worker your key duties include:

·         Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residents

·         Assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship

·         Encourage independence, well-being and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities

·         Ensure accurate record keeping at all times

 

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

·         Have a genuine desire to care for others

·         A good team player

·         Good verbal and written communication skills

·         Proven experience of working in a care setting

 

The successful Support Worker will receive an excellent salary of £10.10 per hour and the annual salary is £17,596.80 per annum. We currently have vacancies for both days or night shifts available. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
