Registered RGN or RMN Nurse Required

One of the leading Healthcare Providers is currently seeking a Registered Staff Nurse RGN or RMN to join a reputable Nursing Home located in Kingston upon Thames, London.

The medium sized Home specialises in providing high quality care for the elderly with dementia, mental health conditions or physical disabilities. The newly refurbished service is equipped provide a safe environment to meet the needs of the residents

Salary: £16.50 per hour

Hours: 24 hours

As a Registered Staff Nurse you will be expected to deliver high standards of care to residents in a professional and caring manner.

As a Staff Nurse your duties will be:

·         Providing high quality clinical/management leadership to the care staff

·         Taking charge in the absence of senior staff

·         Providing leadership and supervision and staff development/training of the team of healthcare assistants where required

·         Assess, plan, implement and evaluate person-centred care for each individual that meets their needs

·         Identify and create effective care plans for every resident in your care

·         Undertake medication administration in accordance with best practice and prevailing NMC guidance

You must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration and a proven track record of continuous professional development to be considered for this role.
