An outstanding job opportunity has arisen for a committed RGN, RMN or RNLD to work in an exceptional care home service that specialises in residential care, respite care and care for people who have complex needs. As a Nurse you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers based in Mablethorpe.

 

The dedicated care team offers residential care to those who needs help with daily tasks, nursing care for people who have complex medical needs, and respite care to give family or friends a well-earned break.

 

As a Nurse your day to day duties include:

·         Assess residents’ needs and wishes, and develop services to enhance their quality of life

·         Develop, review and update care plans to meet the residents changing physical, social and psychological needs.

·         Ensuring medicines are appropriately received, stored and administered.

·         Participating knowledgably and professionally to all inspection visits

·         Ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines

·         Documenting effectively, and thoroughly all matters relating to residents and employees

·         Supporting, guiding and mentoring others in line with the NMC code

·         Attending regular meetings both internal and external
