

Locality Care Coordinator
An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Locality Coordinator to support individuals who live in their own home. This role covers a few areas but the main base is in the Taunton area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers
As a Locality Coordinator, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of 1000s of stories of inspiring care and support as part of our supported living team
As the Locality Coordinator your key duties include:
· You will support residents to live as independently as possible
· Helping them with their day to day chores
· Personal care prompting and guiding them to make good choices in their day to day lives
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
· Be reliable, friendly and caring to help our residents achieve their everyday goals (including personal care)
· Be able to support residents with their activities and hobbies
· Have previous experience within Supported living in a Senior/Team lead role
· Help manage some physical challenging behaviour
The successful Locality Coordinator will receive an excellent salary of £10.26 per hour. This exciting role is a Full Time role and in return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:

To be considered for this role you must have a Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care
