-
Encouraging positive behaviour, engagement, and emotional regulation throughout the school day
We’re looking for someone who:
-
Has experience supporting children or young people with SEMH, behavioural difficulties, or additional needs
-
Brings a calm, patient, and resilient approach, even on the tricky days
-
Understands the importance of consistency, boundaries, and empathy
-
Works well as part of a wider team and communicates clearly with staff and families
-
Genuinely cares about helping young people reach their potential, in school and beyond
