Clinical Lead – RGN Nurse

A Clinical Lead Nurse is required to join a pristine Care Home that is located in Ipswich.

The purpose-built home is designed for older people that required general or dementia residential and nursing care. They provide personalised care within a modern and supportive environment.

If you are successful for this role you will receive a competitive salary of £19.00 per hour with great additional benefits such as childcare vouchers, pension, car leases, gym membership, technology purchase schemes, online benefits and many more.

You will need to confident enough to make autonomous decisions, while working as part of a multi-disciplinary team. You will need to be a qualified Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration. You will need to have previous nursing experience within an older peoples care home and be able to demonstrate true commitment both to your personal development and to the development to your wider team.

You will need to have excellent organisation and leadership skills as well as a caring and compassionate attitude. Effective communication skills is crucial, both verbal and written.

To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified Registered General Nurse with experience within a similar setting.
