

Clinical Unit Manager
Fantastic job opening for Clinical Unit Manager to work with one of the UK’s leading care company. As a clinical unit manager you will be working in prestige nursing home with the Tipton area.
The ideal candidate should be reliable & motivated and an experienced nurse looking to work in a Nursing Home. Our client would want someone who cares about the same things the residents do: their independence, their choice, and their sense of dignity.
The skills required for this role are:
- Working with the Home Manager to ensure all Induction and mandatory training is complete
- Building strong relationships with local regulator/providers and Social Services/Residents and their families
- Complying to NMC guidelines with administration of medicines and keeping up to date records
- Creating and updating Care Plans to auditing standard and be able to carry out and analyze quality audits and identify patterns and trends.
- Managerial skills
- Good leadership skills
- Good understanding of nursing
- Very good clinical skills For clinical lead
- Good clinical hands on skill,
- Know about pressure sores, audits, wound care
For this role it would be ideal if you have experience in one of the following areas: Deputy management, Unit management, Home management or a team leader charge nurse, however this is not essential.
You must be qualified as a Registered Nurse.
You will be offered a competitive salary of £17.50 per hour working 40 hours a week , which is £36,400PA. Also you will get other great benefits such as Paid Breaks, free meals, Pension scheme and free DBS.
