

Deputy Manager
Our Client is one of UK's leading health care providers and they are in search of a committed Deputy Manager to join a highly established Care Centre that is located in Worcestershire.
The prestigious care centre provides professional care to people who have a nursing needs including Stroke recovery, Dementia, Respite Care , Parkinsons and end of life care. The home is beautiful and has a delightful and friendly atmosphere. This home has had many positive comments from patients, visitors and the CQC.
As a Deputy Manager your day to day duties include:
· Ensuring quality care by continually assessing the service users needs and develop the service to enhance their quality of life
· Deputising in the management of the home, playing an active part in recruiting, assessing and supervising the team
· Ensuring the home operates within budget through effective use of resources and identify areas to improve where needed
· Be a visible and active leader in the home
· Overseeing the induction of new employees and participating in their training development
· Supporting the manager in disciplinary proceedings where required
An ideal Deputy Manager must have the following skills and knowledge as they are beneficial for this position:
· Qualified Registered Nurse
· Current registration with NMC
· Previous experience within a leadership/managerial role
· Up to date with current practices
· Good Management experience
· NMC , CQC policy and knowledge
· A friendly yet professional approach
The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £42,600. This is a full time position. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
