We are recruiting for an experienced Registered General Nurse or a Registered Mental Health nurse for one of the leading care companies in the UK within the Worcestershire area.

As a RGN or RMN you will be working in a nursing home which prides itself in providing the highest standards of care to all residents within their care.

The prestigious home is a medium sized home and provides care for the elderly at the end of their life and those with Dementia.

The successful nurse will be offered an excellent salary £19.25 per hour plus other great benefits.

The Nurse (RGN/RMN) Responsibilities:
• Supervision and management of all care staff on the floor
• Planning, assessing, delivering and evaluating individual care
• Respond to incidents in a professional and appropriate manor
• Maintaining accurate drug records (storage, maintenance and use)
• Establish and maintain outstanding communication with clients, relatives and colleagues
• Develop, implement and evaluate individual care plans for each of our residents

The Nurse (RGNRMN):

• Must be RGN/RMN qualified with a valid NMC pin number
• Must be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
• Must be able to complete an enhanced DBS check
