The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils on a 1:1 or small-group basis

• Work closely with class teachers and SEN teams

• Help manage behaviour, engagement, and emotional regulation

• Adapt learning materials and support differentiated tasks

• Provide pastoral and academic support where needed

Pay & Responsibilities

• £95 – £120 per day, depending on:

  • Level of responsibility taken on

  • SEN or SEMH experience

  • Whether you support learning, behaviour, or pastoral needs

• Qualified Teachers (QTS or equivalent)

• Teachers experiencing burnout or seeking reduced pressure

• Those with SEN, SEMH, or behaviour support experience (desirable, not essential)
