An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Clinical Team Leader ( non nurse )  to work in one of the UK's leading health care companies based in the Studley area.

As a CTL your day to day duties include:

• To work as part of a team ensuring that standards of care and support are maintained to a professional level and are meeting the service users’ individual needs
• To complete risk assessments within the service users property
• To monitor and spot check the care and support workers in the course of their duties
• Provide effective supervision sessions for carers staff within the team and support with identified training needs
• To complete the reviews and update of all service users’ care plans in line with their wishes and preferences
• To be approachable and supportive to staff and managers
• To attend staff meetings when appropriate and to be available for one to one sessions as agreed
• To attend appropriate training and development sessions as agreed with the Manager
• To maintain confidentiality at all times
• To carry out any reasonable duties as requested by the Manager

The successful Clinical Team Leader ( non nurse) will receive an excellent salary for £10.25 per hour and the annual salary for this position is £21,320. This exciting position is for 40 hours a week on days. In return for your commitment and hard work, you will be offered the following benefits:

Candidates should hold a NVQ Level 3 and above, or be working towards one. QCF is also acceptable.
