

Deputy Manager - RGN, RMN or RNLD
We currently have a great opportunity for a nurse qualified as Deputy Manager - RGN, RMN or RNLD for a small care home based in Westhill area. The care home provides specialist support for adults who have learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviour. The company’s person-centred approach ensures that people are supported to develop the skills they need to live as independently as possible
This is a full time position and as a Deputy Manager you will be working 38 hours per week and you will be paid £16.00 per hour plus other great benefits.
Responsibilities:
· Provide care for the residents on a daily basis undertaking direct nursing and general care, as required, including periods on night duty if necessary
· Contribute positively to the setting and development of measurable standards of care relevant to the speciality
· Responsible for the assessment of care needs, the development, implementation and evaluation of care programmes
· Contribute to the professional development of trained staff, encouraging the development of research based practice, with a view to meeting PREPP requirement
