The locked rehabilitation unit is for men and women with mental illness and/or personality disorders. Our client is committed to providing a therapeutic environment for all their service users

To be successful as a Lead Nurse, you’ll need:

• Knowledge of legislation related to health and safety, nursing, occupational therapy, social workers and other professions,
• Ability to provide appropriate advice and guidance on service issues related to clinical risk management,
• Proven ability to manage and develop staff in a range of disciplines
• Good verbal/written interpersonal skills at various levels
• A RMN or RNLD qualification
• A proven ability to co-ordinate care, prioritise tasks and manage Health & Safety issues
• Management and leadership experience, At least 5 years’ post qualification experience.
