Outstanding job opening for RMN/RMNH/RNLD Ward Manager to work with one of the UK’s leading care company. As the Ward Manager, you will be accountable for the overall day to day management of a locked rehabilitation unit. This will include the effective and efficient management of the unit to meet the needs of its service users and to comply with Statutory, Registration and Company requirements.

The successful candidate will be offered a salary of £40,000 per annum plus other great benefits.

You will also provide professional leadership and expertise in the delivery of recovery focused services to the staff and to continually improve the quality of the service for service users and staff.  You will be able to demonstrate effective team work and management of other staff and must be an effective communicator.

Experience

This post applies to registered nurses who have:

• Experience within a forensic setting within a leadership/management capacity.
• Relevant sufficient post registration experience.
