An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Night Manager to join an exceptional Hospital service based in the Willenhall area. As a Night Manager you will be working with one of UK's leading health care providers.

This special service cares for adults of working age with acute mental health care needs within a safe, therapeutic environment. They aim to provide a person-centred approach that promotes collaborative care planning to optimise treatment goals. From the point of admission into our acute services, we aim to support patients’ safe discharge back into the community where they can continue to progress towards recovery in a less restrictive environment.

As a Night Manager your day to day responsibilities include:

·         Thorough assessment of individuals needs throughout admission

·         Person centred collaborative treatment plans

·         A range of interventions available from a diverse MDT

·         Being cared for in the least restrictive environment

·         To take an active role in management of the hospital at night.

·         To provide clinical leadership of the nursing team on the wards, this includes being a highly visible role model and mentor to the nursing team.

·         The post-holder has responsibility for overseeing and maintaining the highest standards of nursing care.

·         The role will act as a senior clinical member of the team, providing advice and support from a nursing perspective and oversee and hold responsibility for the ward environment and its resources.

·         Participate fully with the clinical team and undertake direct patient care.

 

The successful Night Manager will receive an excellent annual salary of £38,000. This exciting position is for 37.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
