

Care Home Manager
An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Home Manager to work in an exceptional care home based in the Woolverstone, Ipswich area. As the Home Manager you will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers
This care home provides an environment where staff enable their residents to feel free to go about their daily lives. They work with Dementia Care Matters to improve the quality of life for people living with dementia
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
· At least two years’ experience of managing a home of similar size
· Ability to deliver outstanding care for our residents
· In depth understanding of the legal requirements such as Health and Social Care Act, CQC regulations, KLOEs and rating characteristics
· Goes the extra mile for residents and staff
· Inspires people to achieve their aspirations
· Is an excellent team player during all the ups and downs
The successful Home Manager will receive an excellent annual salary up to £50,000 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role working 40 hours a week from 9am to 5pm. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
