We currently have a fantastic new opportunity for a RGN Team Leader in the Warwickshire area to join one of the leading care companies in the UK. The right candidate will work 36 hours per week and will be paid a competitive salary of £13.25 per hour plus other generous benefits.

You will be responsible for:

* Leading the shift, assessing priorities, delegating available resource effectively and ensuring documentation is completed.
* Administering, recording and ordering medication.
* Reviewing the care needs of patients, analysing trends to ensure clinical reports are maintained accurately and care is delivered accordingly based on each patient’s requirements.
* Supporting the Registered Manager in the responsibility of the nursing service,
* Delegating responsibility and accountability to the Senior Nurses and team leaders

You will have:

*A Registered Nurse (RGN) qualification
*Current registration with the NMC and a legal right to work in the UK
*The ability to use your skills to develop care plans and assessments
*A good understanding of the care programme approach and risk assessment
