Experienced RMN Charge Nurse for Mental Health Hospital

If so, we have a brilliant new job opportunity for you. We are currently looking to recruit an experienced RMN Charge Nurse to work for one of the leading independent providers of mental health services in the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Charge Nurse to work in an Acute Mental Health setting within a hospital environment.  The successful candidate for this role will be paid a competitive salary of £31,400  per annum and will be working 37.5 hours per week. You will also get great benefits such as:

·         Annual payment of £1000 for continuous service for the first three years

·         25 days annual leave plus Bank holidays, and extra leave after 5 and 10 years’ service

In order to be considered for this role you will have the following:

·         Able to work in a high pressured environment

·         Work with patients who have acute mental health

·         Able to be in charge of other nurses and support staff

·         Work calmly in difficult times.

·         Acute Service/PICU or Secure service experience is essential

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Excellent knowledge of CQC/quality standards

·         Excellent computer skills

·         Good leadership skills/experience

You must be registered with the NMC as a Registered Mental nurse with 3 years’ post qualifying experience.
