We’re recruiting Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs in specialist and mainstream school settings across Bath and Northeast Somerset. Responsibilities
• Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups
• Assist with learning, behaviour, and emotional support
• Help implement communication and intervention strategies
• Promote engagement and positive outcomes

What we’re looking for
• A degree in Psychology or a related field
• Interest in SEND and child development
• Patient, proactive, and empathetic approach
• Strong communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
