What you'll be doing:
- Supporting pupils in the classroom, both one-to-one and in small groups
- Helping children stay engaged, confident, and ready to learn
- Working alongside teachers to create a positive learning environment
- Supporting pupils with SEND where needed
- Encouraging independence and celebrating every success, big or small
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with children or young people, either in schools or other settings
- Is patient, positive, and reliable
- Communicates confidently and builds strong relationships
- Has a genuine passion for helping children reach their potential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
