Location: Bradford
Salary: £88–£110 per day
Contract: Full-time, Long-Term

We’re working with a welcoming primary school in Bradford that’s searching for a patient, resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to support a Reception-aged pupil on a 1:1 basis.

This little learner needs someone calm, consistent, and full of kindness. The pupil has severe and complex needs, so every small step forward is a big win. If you’re the sort of person who celebrates those wins and loves helping children feel safe and supported, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing

  • Providing 1:1 support for a Reception pupil with complex needs

  • Helping the child access learning through structured routines and sensory support

  • Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO

  • Creating a safe, calm environment that encourages progress and confidence

What we’re looking for

  • Experience supporting children with SEN or complex needs

  • A patient, nurturing approach

  • Confidence managing challenging behaviour when it arises

  • Someone reliable who enjoys being part of a team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
