Looking for a role where you’re genuinely valued, not just filling a gap?

We’re working with a vibrant, community-driven primary school in the BS7 area that puts kindness, inclusion, and real-life learning at the heart of everything they do. It’s the kind of place where every child is known, every story matters, and every adult plays a part in helping pupils grow into confident, capable learners.

Now, they’re looking for experienced SEN LSAs who can step in with confidence and make a real difference.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, from autism and ADHD to social, emotional and communication challenges. Some roles are 1:1, others are more flexible across the classroom, but all need someone calm, adaptable, and switched on.

This is a school that takes inclusion seriously, working closely with staff, families, and external agencies to support every child’s individual needs.

What we’re looking for

You’ve done this before, and it shows.

  • Experience supporting children with SEN in a school or similar setting
  • Confident managing behaviour and building strong relationships
  • Calm under pressure, with a nurturing, can-do attitude
  • Able to adapt your approach depending on the child in front of you

If you’re the steady presence in the room, the one who just gets it, you’ll fit right in.

⏰ The details

  • Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
  • Pay: From £14.25 per hour (PAYE, no umbrella faff)
  • Location: BS7 area
  • Roles available:
    • Flexible, ad hoc supply
    • Part-time opportunities
    • Full-time, long-term 1:1 positions

What you’ll get with us

We’re here to make your working life easier and more rewarding:

  • Weekly PAYE pay
  • Flexible work to suit your schedule
  • Long-term roles where you can really settle in
  • FREE Thrive training – a game changer for SEN support
  • Access to online and in-person CPD
  • A consultant who actually listens and gets to know you

Why this school?

Think inclusive, supportive, and full of personality. A place where children are encouraged to be kind, work hard, and grow into their best selves, with a rich curriculum and strong community feel.

And for support staff? You’re not “just” an extra pair of hands. You’re part of the team that makes it all happen.

If you’re ready for a role that feels meaningful, flexible, and properly supported, let’s have a chat.
