Looking for a role where you can make a real difference every day?

We're seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Teaching Assistants to support pupils across a variety of SEN and SEMH schools. You'll work alongside experienced teachers and support staff, helping children and young people overcome barriers to learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.

No two days are the same. One day you could be supporting a pupil on a 1:1 basis, the next you could be helping a small group develop their social skills or confidence in the classroom.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults
  • Is patient, resilient, and positive
  • Can build strong relationships and communicate effectively
  • Has a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs

What Protocol Education offers:

  • Flexible opportunities across a range of SEN and SEMH settings
  • Weekly PAYE pay, no umbrella companies
  • FREE access to CPD and Thrive training
  • Dedicated consultant support throughout your journey
  • Opportunities to gain valuable experience and progress your career in education

If you're ready to make a positive impact and gain experience in rewarding school environments, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today and take the next step in your education career.
