The Opportunity
You will play a key role in supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing, helping to create enriching experiences that encourage curiosity, creativity and independence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Supporting children's individual learning and developmental needs
- Building strong and positive relationships with children and families
- Monitoring, recording and celebrating children's progress
- Promoting a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education
- Ensuring safeguarding and welfare requirements are consistently met
What We're Looking For
- A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development
- A positive, energetic and nurturing approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting young children to reach their full potential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
