We are working with a welcoming primary school in Chelmsford that is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team.

This role is focused on supporting children transitioning into Year 1, making it a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a crucial stage of a child’s development.

The Role:

Supporting pupils as they transition from EYFS into Year 1
Providing one-to-one and small group support
Assisting the class teacher with delivering engaging lessons
Helping to create a nurturing and structured learning environment
Encouraging confidence, independence, and social development

The Ideal Candidate:

Experience working within EYFS, KS1, or a primary setting
A patient, adaptable, and caring nature
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting children through key transitions

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
