The Role
As a Supply Teacher, you will:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Adapt quickly to different school environments.
- Create a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.
- Ensure pupils remain on task and continue their learning in the teacher's absence.
- Follow school policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements
To be considered, you must have:
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential
✅ Recent teaching experience in UK primary schools
✅ Strong classroom management skills
✅ Excellent communication and organisational skills
✅ A current DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
✅ A flexible and professional approach
