Behaviour Support Mentor – Northumberland (Full-Time)

Protocol Education is recruiting a full-time Behaviour Support Mentor to work within a specialist SEMH setting in Northumberland.

Every learner has their own story. Some may have experienced challenges that have affected their confidence, behaviour or engagement with education. Your role will be to provide consistency, encouragement and positive role modelling, helping learners rebuild trust and achieve success.

You'll work alongside experienced teachers, pastoral staff and therapists who understand that strong relationships are the foundation of outstanding education.

Experience in education, youth work, residential care, coaching, mentoring or support work would be highly beneficial, but above all we're looking for someone with empathy, professionalism and a positive attitude.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
