Protocol Education is currently recruiting caring, reliable, and adaptable SEND Teaching Assistants to support secondary schools across Enfield on a day-to-day supply basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people with additional needs and are looking for flexible work that fits around their availability.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting secondary-aged students (11–16) with a range of SEND needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and MLD

• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management

• Providing one-to-one and small group support

• Encouraging positive behaviour, engagement, and independence

• Supporting both academic learning and emotional wellbeing

You’ll need:

• Experience working with children or young people (school, youth work, mentoring, or care experience welcomed)

• A calm, flexible, and proactive approach

• Strong communication and behaviour management skills

• DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
