About the role:

You’ll work closely with the SENCO and teaching team to provide structured support for pupils with additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 and small group SEND interventions
• Adapt resources to meet individual needs
• Support emotional regulation and engagement
• Monitor and feedback on pupil progress

Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
• Understanding of SEND and inclusive practice
• Calm, patient, and consistent approach
