What the role involves

As a flexible Teaching Assistant, you’ll work across a variety of local schools, supporting teachers and pupils wherever you’re needed most.

Your day might include:

• Supporting learning in EYFS, KS1, or KS2 classrooms

• Helping pupils stay focused and engaged during lessons

• Providing 1:1 support for children with additional needs

• Assisting teachers with classroom activities and routines

• Creating a positive, supportive classroom environment

Every day can look a little different, which keeps things interesting.

We’re looking for people who:

• Enjoy working with children and supporting learning

• Are adaptable and confident in different classroom settings

• Have experience in schools, childcare, youth work, or similar roles

• Can build positive relationships quickly

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
