The Role

As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students across KS3 and KS4 lessons
• Provide 1:1 and small group intervention support
• Help students build confidence, resilience, and engagement
• Support pupils with additional learning, behavioural, or emotional needs
• Work closely with teachers, SEND staff, and pastoral teams
• Develop positive relationships with students across the school
