We are working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in the BS25 area to recruit confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to support their Science department and General Cover. The role is flexible

The Role:

  • Deliver pre-set lessons, primarily within Science

  • Cover a range of other subjects when required — you are not expected to be a subject specialist

  • Work flexibly, typically 2–4 days per week (pre-booked and ad hoc)

  • No planning or marking required

The School:
This is a successful and welcoming BS25 secondary school with a strong reputation in the local area. The school is known for its broad and ambitious curriculum, high expectations, and calm learning environment where behaviour is well-managed and students are engaged. Staff benefit from supportive leadership and a strong sense of community across the school.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Confident individuals who can lead a classroom

  • Experience working with young people is desirable (coaching, tutoring, mentoring, youth work etc.) but not essential for the right candidate

  • Strong communication and presence

  • Interest in education or future teaching careers is a bonus

What You’ll Get:

  • £100–£115 per day (depending on experience and availability)

  • Flexible working to suit your schedule

  • Consistent work within one school
