We're looking for enthusiastic Trainee Teaching Assistants to join supportive primary schools across Peterlee this September.

You'll help children build confidence, develop new skills and enjoy learning while gaining invaluable classroom experience yourself.

Role Information

• Full-time
• September start
• Monday-Friday
• Working hours between 8:30am and 4:00pm
• Term-time only

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils throughout the school day
• Working 1:1 and in small groups
• Assisting teachers with classroom activities
• Encouraging participation and confidence
• Supporting pupils with additional needs where required

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
