ACCOUNT MANAGER

Location: PSL Print Management, Preston

Salary: to £32.5k subject to experience

We're looking for a motivated Account Manager who thrives on developing strong client partnerships and delivering outstanding service. What you'll do:

• Have responsibility for end-to-end account management processes – from quotation to order processing and delivery. 
• Build and strengthen relationships with clients
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Drive revenue and support business growth
• Become a trusted partner to your customers and be their key point of contact
• Support multiple eCommerce systems and sales channels.

What you'll bring:

• A proven track record in B2B account management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, results-driven approach.
• A confident manner and a flexible and logical approach to work.
• Great administration ability – efficiency, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fantastic organisation skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
• Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and e-mail.
• Experience with multiple eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, and sales channels.
• A superb, ‘can-do’ customer service attitude.

Work Hours:

Monday – Friday 9am-5pm (35 hours / week).
