The Role

As a Classroom Supervisor, you will:

• Lead lessons in the absence of the class teacher using pre-set work
• Keep students focused, on task, and engaged throughout the lesson
• Manage behaviour using clear and consistent school systems
• Support students with their learning where needed
• Work across a range of subjects and year groups
• Build positive relationships with students and staff

You’ll be the steady presence in the classroom, making sure learning continues and the day stays on track.
