Maths Teacher
Protocol Education is working with a friendly and ambitious secondary school in Telford where students are encouraged to aim high, support one another, and take pride in who they are. The school is looking for a Maths Teacher who can bring enthusiasm, curiosity, and confidence into the classroom.
At the heart of the school are three values: Ambition, Respect and Courage. They aren't just words on a wall. They shape daily life, from the way students approach their learning to the way staff work together. There's a genuine sense of community here, where everyone is encouraged to contribute, grow, and feel like they belong.
This is a school that understands success looks different for every student. Staff work hard to help young people discover their strengths, build resilience, and develop the confidence to take on new challenges. Academic achievement matters, but so does character, wellbeing, and preparing students for life beyond school.
In Maths, you'll be helping students see the bigger picture. Whether it's algebra, geometry, statistics, or problem-solving, you'll make learning engaging, relevant, and accessible, helping pupils understand not just the answer, but the journey to get there.
The school also takes inspiration from its proud Olympian heritage, championing values such as friendship, excellence, and respect. Staff are trusted as professionals, supported by approachable leaders, and given the freedom to focus on what matters most, great teaching and positive relationships.
