We are looking for a confident SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Uxbridge.

⚡ Immediate trial available this week – quick start for the right person

The Role:
You'll be supporting children with SEND needs within a specialist provision, helping to create a safe, structured and nurturing environment where pupils can thrive.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be expected to take initiative, build strong relationships and confidently support children with a range of complex needs.

Key Details:
Start Date: Immediately (following successful trial)
Hours: 8:30am – 4:00pm
Pay: £95–£110 per day
Location: Uxbridge

What We're Looking For:

Experience supporting children with SEND (essential)
Knowledge of complex needs, including Autism and communication difficulties
Confident managing behaviours that challenge
Able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families
Reliable, proactive and able to hit the ground running
A calm, patient and resilient approach
