What you'll be doing
Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small group interventions
Working with children with SEND, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs
Helping pupils develop confidence, resilience, and positive learning behaviours
Supporting emotional regulation and wellbeing within the classroom
Assisting teachers in creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences
Becoming a positive role model for children who need encouragement and support

We're looking for someone who is
✔ A Psychology graduate or holds a related degree
✔ Passionate about supporting children and young people
✔ Patient, empathetic, and emotionally intelligent
✔ Curious about child development, learning, and behaviour
✔ Keen to gain meaningful experience in education
✔ Experienced working with children through tutoring, mentoring, coaching, care work, youth work, or volunteering (helpful but not essential)
