The Role
As an English Teacher, you will:
- Teach English Language and Literature across KS3 and KS4
- Deliver engaging, knowledge-rich lessons that inspire a love of reading and writing
- Develop students' confidence in communication, analysis and critical thinking
- Support pupils of all abilities to achieve their full potential
- Create a calm, inclusive and purposeful learning environment
- Work collaboratively within a successful English department
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment opportunities where appropriate
